• Sketchup Models

       Interiors and exteriors – Comps, space planning with furniture and                   appliances. Finished spaces showing cabinetry, furniture, flooring,

       fabric, tile, stone and wood finishes. Bathrooms, kitchens, living and       

       bedrooms as well as outdoor spaces (basic model sizes). Provide model,         angled jpeg shots and/or scene animations.

• AutoCAD Plans, Elevations, Comps and/or Space Planning

       Interior design construction documents – Space planning, comps,
       floor plans (as-built, demolition, new and RCP's), elevations, sections,             and architectural detail. Provide CAD and pdf formats       ​

• Rendering
  Refined Sketchup models.

• Presentation Boards 

       Design presentation showing mood or project intent – Showing 

       inspiration or product recommendations and combinations. With       

       optional product availability and pricing as needed. (Digitally
       transmitted form only.)

BUSINESS SUPPORT​

• Researched Product and Tradespeople Availability and Pricing
  Research for furniture, lighting, fixtures, fabrics, tile, flooring, materials and accessories. Determining in stock or supplier shipped, and trade pricing availability. Determine tradespeople availability and fees.​

• Purchasing

       Purchasing with ETA and delivery tracking to site or client.

• Quote and Scope of Work Compilation (Basic)

       For purposes of quote comparisons: Can include basic scope of work,             description, products, sizes, square & linear footage, and counts.

       Pending designer's or contractor's format.

 

WORKING TOGETHER

• Project Scheduling 

Is a priority to ensure projects are done on time!

Based on when a project is to be received at SVB Interior Design Services, time is scheduled for completion to requested level
– pending prior commitments. ​

Usually, the earlier a project is received, the better
it can be scheduled!

Regular time slot requests are also honored and adhered to

(and charged at agreed-upon rate).

Standard available hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am to 6:00 pm

• Communication & Project Transmittal​​

Projects are sent/received through email and Google Drive and project request and information is sometimes even sent by text! Dropbox, WeTransfer and other transmittal platforms also used
(per client account).

​

Communication can be done via phone, text, email, Zoom, Teams
and other platforms as requested. In-person meeting also available!
